From 2-5 May, 2012, a study trip to Brussels for a high-level delegation of Government of Ukraine (GoU) officials was held within the framework of the EU-funded Project “Effective Governance of Labour Migration and its Skills Dimensions”.

On April 6, 2012 the Prime Minister of Ukraine met with representatives of employers, trade unions, NGOs and the International Labour Organization on the development of the draft law "On Employment".

On 21-22 March 2012 in Kyiv within the framework of the Project “Improving Collective Bargaining and Labour Law Compliance in Ukraine” the round-tables participants met to elaborate and approve recommendations on improving the legal framework and existing practices of collective bargaining in Ukraine.
